Good luck guys I hope it works, I might just want to build a kart for this. Can’t ever see myself getting back into faster classes though.
I’ll be interested to see where it goes.

Mike, thats my point exactly, we just can’t have to many classes, there’s just not enough time in the day, I think for the most part tag classes do encompass most the popular engines today.
Eddy I’ve done the national thing and know how expensive it can be. We just do it for the fun of it. I just know that my sons like to race and they like to race other people.
I have to spend money on tires regardless if they race each other or 20 guys, so I have to buy my tires from someone.
I’m just glad someone is making an effort to do something!
Eddie I’d like to compare cost’s if you can show me that a 4 stroke shifter cost me less than the stockmoto’s I build and then show a place to race them, I’ll listen all day.
Here’s to hoping, Cris I agree!

PS I’m heading to the store to buy some track shoe’s for that mechanics race! You guy’s are going down
PSS I apologise if I sound negative as well

Eddie, no offense to you or Roger, but Four stroke shifters aren’t exactly Cheap!! And the 4 stroke Tags just don’t have the numbers and never have, nor are they Cheap!
Except for the 4 strokes if you run a Rotax, CR125 or a Tag you would be included! Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think that covers the vast majority of engine packages that run in the west, you will never be able to create a series that covers every engine package, ever!

Nice posts all, just a little common sense, which seems to be coming to the surface.
It seems to me that a combination of old CSC and current Rotax and SKUSA rules would work.
Run classes within classes combine rotax jr and tag jr add the CJKC with Cadets however it works based on speeds. TAG Srs and Masters whatever engines they run etc.
It just seems we can make it work, everyone still can run for whatever points or punches they want, bigger fields, more tracks!
    It can happen!
I’m more than willing to do whatever I can!

Probably should be renamed the Wastach/Western Slope Pro Kart Challenge, Let’s see the WWSPKC.
    Just a darn shame 😕

Greg I agree, but the decision might be forced on Honda by Goverment regs. All it takes is to make it to expensive to build two strokes and it might end up being the end of the Cr125, heck two strokes in general..
Still it makes me think if I’m going spend that kind of money for a motor. And as Curt says, tech would be insane, rebuilds though the roof.
Makes me pause, and give it serious thought!

Honestly I think its a cool motor, but the cost! Just to switch two of my karts to this package would run me $12,000, I honestly can’t get over that number, whether its a 125 2 stroke or this motor.
Shouldn’t we think that maybe just maybe the costs of karting are a little out control. just saying! 😯

3, Salt lake, Grand Junction, and eastern slope of Colorado.TTAC would be great if you can get them to play.
Can’t see anyway fairer than that schedule, travel for all involved without playing favorites. Oh can you also throw in a reasonable time between the races and the Nat’ls.
It would help alot with scheduling work and fun and costs.
    You asked!!
