Greg, Will I be able to race with the Briggs mod class with this carb?

Acually what I mean is would it be legal if I convert it to meth and race with this carb? It would be cheaper for me. I planned on using the PVL Flywheel and animal magneto.

Also I have been looking for a jet kit, do you know where I can get them?
I might try Jimbo or Bear on 4cycle.com

    James,

I wasn’t speaking towards Tag, just in general. What tires are you running at Cre in WF?

    Chuck,

5 races 15 sets of tires? We ran 1 set per kart per weekend in the Csc and felt competitve. Maybe a the highest levels of the sport but not at our regional level.

haha, yea, maybe im crazy. I was just thinking a set for testing saturday…fresh ones sunday, then throughout the season a set here or there to test on. That makes it sound alright then….

Huffing Diesel fumes has me :loony: :loony: :loony:
    Haha.

Les, you’re welcome to borrow my Tillitso HL383AL to test with. I would be interested in seeing the results. I have everything you need. The phase 2 linkage, velocity stack, intake, k&n filter, prefilter, and fuel pump. I also have the pop off tester and springs.

Greg, how much life do you get out of the MGs?

    James,
Last season I went thru 2 sets of rears and 4 sets of fronts for the 13 races I ran. I expect that w/ IMI being repaved and The TRACK having a new surface that tires should last longer.
    Les,
The HL383 that James has will work fine. I’ve used that carb and I have another Kart w/a Mod WF that has a 383 and it rocks!
