    LOL, Nice first post.

Didn’t I have to change to my real name on here a while back?

Generally I try to avoid getting sucked into the activity on the forum. However I do recall the rules change in regard to screen names that was made several months ago. Should I ever be in the position of simply not being able to walk away from the keyboard in the future as I was earlier today, I will update my user profile in order to remain in compliance.

Speaking from my experience as a “graduate” from indoor to outdoor karting, it makes sense to have both types of facility in the same general area. I putzed around on indoor karts whenever I traveled on business for about 6 years before TTAC opened up and I realized sprint karting wasn’t just a Euro thing. After less than a year in TTAC’s rentals, I took the plunge and got a Rotax. My resolution for this year is to do a club race (won’t my about-to-retire Dad be surprised to hear he’s my mechanic).

If the marketing is done right, this new indoor track should be great for getting people hooked enough to sample the outdoor variety, and from there surely some folks have to go to the next level…
